1. Art Prints, Canvases, & Framed Products
- Product Description: All fine art photography prints, canvases, acrylics, and framed editions are produced to the highest professional gallery standards. Slight color variations may occur between your digital screen and the final physical artwork due to individual monitor calibrations.
- Limited Editions: Once a limited edition print run is sold out, it will never be printed in that specific format again. Each limited edition piece is numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices listed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Square (credit cards), PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are only processed and queued for production once full payment has been received and cleared.
3. Production & Local Studio Pickup
- Production Timeline: Because every piece of art is custom-made to order, our standard production time is approximately 15–30 days depending on the specific product and current order volume.
- Local Pickup (North Vancouver, BC): If you prefer to pickup your artwork from our North Vancouver studio; It can be arranged, once production is complete, we will email or call you to schedule a convenient pickup date and time.
4. Packaging & International Shipping
- Artwork Packaging:
- Fine Art Prints: Shipped securely rolled inside heavy-duty, protective shipping tubes.
- Canvas, Acrylic, & Framed Products: Carefully wrapped, heavily padded, and shipped in sturdy, rigid protective boxes.
- Courier Delivery: We ship worldwide using reliable carriers (such as Canada Post, FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as your art leaves the studio.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders (including the US, Europe, and global destinations), the buyer is the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by your destination country upon arrival. We cannot undervalue shipments or mark them as "gifts" on customs forms.
5. Returns, Damaged Items, and Refunds
- All Sales Final: Because each piece of photography is printed, mounted, or framed specifically to your order specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged via courier, please take clear photos of the unopened exterior packaging/tube before opening it, as well as photos of the damaged artwork inside.
- Claims: Contact us through our website form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will immediately work to arrange a replacement product for you at no extra cost.
6. Copyright and Usage
- Artist Ownership: The purchase of a physical print or product transfers ownership of the physical object only. Andrea Bruns Photography retains full legal copyright to the underlying image.
- Restrictions: You may not replicate, scan, copy, resell for commercial profit, or digitally reproduce the artwork in any capacity without express, written permission from the artist.
