Every artwork is produced to order, carefully inspected, securely packaged, and protected by a lifetime guarantee for the original purchaser.
Production Time
Every Andrea Bruns fine art photograph is custom produced according to your selected size and presentation.
Please allow approximately 15–30 days for production. Once your artwork has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Made to Order
Every artwork is individually made to order in the size and presentation selected at checkout. Because production begins specifically for your order, all sales are final and artworks cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
This policy does not apply if an artwork arrives damaged, has a confirmed production defect, or differs from the order placed. Please contact Andrea Bruns Photography within seven days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Packaging and Tracking
Rolled fine art prints are securely protected and shipped in strong professional art tubes.
Canvas, acrylic and metal artworks are carefully wrapped, padded and packed in rigid protective boxes suitable for fine art transportation.
Tracking information will be emailed once your artwork leaves the production studio.
Local pickup in North Vancouver, British Columbia, may also be arranged after production is complete.
Damaged Artwork and Replacements
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and photograph:
- The unopened exterior packaging
- Any visible damage to the packaging
- The artwork and the damaged area after unpacking
Submit a claim within seven days of delivery, including your order information and photographs.
Once the claim has been reviewed, a replacement artwork will be arranged at no additional cost.
Lifetime Guarantee
Andrea Bruns Photography uses professional archival materials and trusted fine art production partners to create artwork intended for long-term enjoyment.
Care and display instructions are included with every order. When the artwork is displayed and cared for according to these instructions, it is guaranteed for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
